As President, she oversees the company’s day to day operations and directs the company in its growth and brokerage development.
Lydia began her career in the multi-family sector and was later recruited to join an esteemed national firm of Commercial Real Estate experts. It was there where she learned all facets of management and leasing while serving as the Regional Director for Florida. When this company relocated to Chicago she continued her career with firms of varying size until her entrepreneurial spirit urged her to establish her own company, New Vision Property Management Services, in 1990. The ability to build a company from the ground up allowed her to become a steward for her clients in a new and invigorating way. In fact, Lydia prides herself on the fact that this level of dedication lends to the fact that nearly 100% of her business comes from referrals. In 2006, while continuing to operate New Vision, Lydia joined RRE Realty Services where Lydia had the opportunity to serve as President. In 2016, after a challenging yet successful and fulfilling decade, Lydia decided to rebrand as Integra Realty Services, a name she believes reflects the most vital piece to any business - integrity.
